When I’m invited to co-create a visual identity for a community-rooted initiative, I begin by asking: What does justice feel like in your context? I translate values like mutual aid, healing justice, and abolition into visual systems that are more than logos—they're tools for belonging, organizing, and care.
Brand Identity System | Visual Design | Movement Messaging
A fictional youth-led collective focused on mutual aid, healing justice, and abolitionist organizing. This identity system was created to reflect urgency with warmth, honoring grief, joy, and the care ethic at the heart of abolitionist work. The final logo incorporates bold geometric type for “LIBERATORY FUTURES” with a hand-drawn red circle symbolizing protection, attention, and emotional resonance. A softer wordmark for “Collective” invites belonging and care.
